How much do your websites cost?
That depends on what type of website you're looking for. Some companies charge a flat hourly rate, but this can often lead to unexpected (and unwelcome) surprises come invoice time. Other companies offer pre-determined packages that consist of a certain number or type of pages, but we recognize that this often does not meet the unique needs of most clients.
At Envisra, we take the time to understand the current and future needs of your site. We also do our best to match your budget. When you contact us, we walk you through a simple yet detailed process that helps us understand your business and what you hope to achieve with your website. This allows us to collaboratively determine the best options and produce a site that is truly customized for you.
If it turns out that all you need is a professional-quality website design with basic pages, we can do that for as little as $499. If you need something a little extra like an easy content management system, that can be done starting at $649. A more extensive blog or content management system starts at $799. What should I expect once I contact you?
We'll start by asking some basic questions to not only provide us with the information we need to give you a quote, but also get you thinking about your website in more detail. Some of the questions we'll ask:
- What is this website intended for? For example, is this a website for a business or organization, an informational site, a blog, a media gallery, etc?
- Give us some background on your business or organization. For example, the industry you're in, the type of work you do, or your mission statement.
- What is the primary intent of your website? For example, "To provide the community with information about our organization, upcoming events, and how to get involved."
- Who is the target audience for your website? For example, "Our website is targeted towards prospective customers, to give them information about our history, our location, our hours of operation, how to contact us, and to provide answers to frequently asked questions."
- What type of content do you want your website to contain? What types of things should visitors be able to do on your website? For example, "A page with our company history; a page with our location; a page with our hours of operation; a page with a form to contact us; a page with a calendar that lists our upcoming events; a page to display photos from our past events; a place where customers can subscribe to our monthly newsletter; and a blog-style page with the latest news relevant to our business."
- How frequently do you intend to update your website?
This is not a comprehensive list of questions, but it gives you an idea of some of the things to think about for your website. Once we've collected the necessary information, we will provide you with a written statement of work and the total price for creating your website.
Once you've contracted our services, we will build out your site and keep you updated on the progress with periodic status reports. We will also provide you with training so that you can effectively maintain your site after it has been completed.
